The easily removable film of medical devices is also called clean peel easily removable film, sterile packaging easily removable film, paper/plastic easily removable cover material. There are two common material structures for the easily removable film of medical device, one is the plastic easily removable cover film (blister tray is used as the cover film, commonly known as Class II device packaging); The second is paper plastic packaging (sterilization bag coiled material). Raw materials shall be high-purity raw pellets, which are not easy to fall off plastic chips. Fine particle removal process shall be used for easily torn films of medical devices. Blowing, laminating and slitting processes shall be completed in the clean workshop, with controllable clean stripping and sterile barrier performance.
