Five things get you a firm price: the product to be packed, the bag or reel size, the packaging structure (or the performance you need, such as barrier, retort or freezer), the printing requirement, and the order quantity. Add your destination market and we will also check regulatory requirements such as FDA or EU food-contact rules up front.

MOQ depends on the structure, the size and the printing. Unprinted or stock-structure film and standard pouches can often be supplied in small trial batches, while custom printed work is driven by cylinder and material setup. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your specification.

Standard lead time is 7–15 days from artwork approval and deposit, depending on the structure, the quantity and the printing complexity. Because extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting and bag making all run under our own roof, we are not waiting on third-party suppliers in the middle of your order.

Yes. We supply stock samples so you can check structure, barrier, hand-feel and sealing behaviour on your own line. Once artwork is confirmed, a printed proof can be produced for your approval before mass production begins.

Yes. We run mono-material PE and PP structures designed for recyclability, together with biodegradable substrates and CPET cast film. Our manufacturing is also solar-powered and the printing lines are fitted with RTO waste-gas treatment, so sustainability is built into the process as well as the product.
